#1 , that is because there are no projects in the immediate vicinity unlike Lenox stretching all the way to the east side
where exactly are these projects you people speak about? Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper are not projects...

#7, you are exactly right - 116th needs to be cleaned up as well as 125th street. It is taking WAAAAAAY too long!
