Umm, it's the East 20s. A very shaggy 'hood. There is some good housing stock there but a lot of ghetto remnants as well. Move to the West 20s.

Umm, this lot is right around the corner from a McDonalds on 7th Ave. It gets no sunlight whatsoever. So what if it is steps from 3 noisy generic restaurants.
A hideous, nasty, blighted hellhole of a block, right off the highway known as Seventh Avenue. Insane.
WTF? Going into a darkened room to look at dead people pix? Just set up a website and be done with it. This is beyond stupid. I live in Manhattan and have zero intention of ever going there. And what tourist would waste time going there? This is just more millions of dollars being wasted on the victims' families just because they are a bunch of crybabies. You already got millions out of this. Time to STFU.
